TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
Dancers aged 6 or above on the shooting date are eligible to participate.
Booking
Bookings are first-come-first serve in accordance with payment to Twinkle Dance Company Limited (“we”, “our”, “Company”, “Twinkle Dance”). No changes to the booking date and time once confirmed.
Fee
All fees must be settled upon booking. Fees paid are non-refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
Parents/ Guardians
One parent/ guardian is required to attend the shoot with the children under the age of 18.
Bad Weather
Twinkle Dance reserves the right to cancel the booking if the venue or travelling to the venue is deemed to be dangerous due to inclement weather for the safety of clients and our staff.
On the occurrence of bad weather, the Company and client will re-negotiate on another date and time for the booking or credit.
Shooting Time
Client agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the client does not arrive at the appointed time, shooting will end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed $1200/hour.
No Guarantee of Poses or Circumstance
Client acknowledges and agrees that we cannot guarantee any specific poses or the exact spot of the location shown on the reference photo. If client wishes to have certain poses or photos, we will make every effort to include such poses but does not warrant that such poses or photos will turn out in the manner client wishes or that such poses. We shall not be liable for any compromised photography services due to causes beyond our control, such as weather and any other causes or factors.
Costume
Costume is available for kids only. Costume rental and cleaning will be included in the fee. Client acknowledges and agrees that we cannot guarantee on selected costume and will vary depending on its availability and fitting.
Non-Controllable Events
Twinkle Dance reserves the right to cancel the booking if non-controllable events due to inclement weather, wars, civil riots, acts of terrorism, epidemics, acts of nature, fires, strikes, government restriction or other circumstances beyond Twinkle Dance’s control that in the view of the Company will endanger the safety of clients and our staff to proceed with the booking.
On the occurrence of a non-controllable event, the Company and client will re-negotiate on another date and time for the booking or credit.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
Twinkle Dance and the photographer reserve the right to archive the photographs/videos taken during the shooting such as behind the scenes. Twinkle Dance will seek client’s approval if such visual materials are used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Liability
Twinkle Dance does not accept liability for any injury or death of attendee/parent/guardian for the shoot unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its staff.
Disclaimer
Twinkle Dance retains the right of final decisions and interpretation in all matters and disputes in relation to the registration and programs. We shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from the registration, classes or programs suffered or incurred.
